Lumb Bank week in the snow.
Just back from a wonderful week tutoring an Arvon course at Lumb Bank, in the hills above Hebden Bridge in Yorkshire. All week, the snow stayed about a foot deep, until Friday night, when it snowed heavily again. Staggeringly beautiful. I wished that I could paint, but I can’t. Hopefully, one of our lovely students can. Wished I could take photos; luckily, the Centre Directors could (this one is downloaded from their Twitter feed) – but no photo can really do it justice.
